solution to put into place to put your company above your competition. The

my company make if I give key employees 24/7 access to the email system from a
handheld that is always with them? What type of impact would we have to our
clients/potential clients/employees if we have the ability to communicate via
email in seconds?”
Question 4:
Our company would like a way to build a knowledge base of our
clients and potential clients so that we have a running history of all the past
and present work performed and up-to-date details on the people we come into
contact with. This will build horizontal communication awareness of the
relationships we have with our clients to everyone in my organization. This
will also help in up-selling our services to existing clients. My company would
also like a better way to gain more visibility of our sales pipeline and lead
generation process to see if these processes are effective. How can we
