Spidernet Technical Consulting, LLC (Spidernet) is the Philadelphia region's leader in Managed Technology Services for small to mid-sized businesses.  Our team of consultants focus primarily on the planning, implementation, and management of cloud security services and appliances, Microsoft server technologies, and desktop, tablet, and mobile technologies.

Anthony Licate
Founder and Principal

Anthony Licate is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of business technology experience in a variety of fields from banking to law and from corporations to entrepreneurial startups.  In addition to his extensive experience, Anthony has various technology certifications including the MCSE, MCP, and CNA, plus he holds a college degree in Technology Support and Training (MIS). 

 

Anthony's team of consultants specialize in working with companies that are looking for a customized approach to their technology related needs. 

 

Anthony's favorite project to date is for a company which involved the development and implementation of a large scale outdoor wireless network, bar code scanners, and  ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the Philadelphia area.

 

Anthony is an active member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Philadelphia Preeminent Growth Collaborative, comprised of business leaders who have committed to a journey of self-improvement, leadership development and community-building for the purpose of being a catalyst in the growth of the preeminence of their organization, communities of purpose, and region.

 

As a person who is passionate about technology and the ever changing world of business, Anthony was motivated to push back and try new things by his father who dedicated his life to the railroad putting in long nights working his way up the corporate ladder.  Anthony tries to lead by example as is shown by one of his favorite quotes written by Helen Keller: “Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood.”
